Contrasting the existing tower’s style, this sleek new three storey curved glass lobby façade compliments while adding grandeur and transparency to this landmark office building in the heart of Ottawa’s downtown core. Reclaiming the building’s connection to the city through extensive exterior building renovations and urban landscape updates, PPA worked with H&R REIT to re-energise and animate the street edge. The interior ground floor renewal also includes an updated corporate lobby and entrance, food court, elevator lobbies, and a redeveloped ground floor circulation scheme with new integrated retail and commercial spaces.
